Ruffled ReBelles Returns Policy
Each and every handcrafted item we sell is custom-made to your specifications at the time of your order. If a mistake was made on our part or the item is defective, we will exchange the incorrect item for the correct one within seven days of receiving your return. An exchange will be issued and return shipping refunded upon our receipt of the incorrect items.
Returns for the wrong color choice are not accepted. If you are unsure of a color choice, contact me by email for a sample of the material for a small nominal fee and at a reduced shipping rate.
A copy of the invoice or gift receipt that accompanied the web order must be included with returns or exchanges.
Ruffled ReBelles tracks IP addresses
Ruffled ReBelles uses IP address to help identify you as a customer and keep track of your shopping cart (with the help of a cookie.) Cookies are used to help us deliver individualized content based on your preferences while you are looking on our site to ensure a more enjoyable and memorable stay. Your IP address is also used to help diagnose problems that may occur with our server.

RuffledReBelles.com collects financial information which is used to bill the customer for products and services. Unique identifiers (such as first car, pet’s name) are collected from Web site visitors to verify the user's identity.
