Do you do custom orders?
Yes, please include any special requests in the Special Instructions box located under each design or feel free to contact us.
Do you do Trunk Shows?
Yes, we will be happy to present our products in person if you are within easy driving distance of Arlington, Texas. Please contact me for more information.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes, we do. We’d love for you to spread the word about our products. If you refer a friend and they spend at least $25.00 in products before shipping and taxes, we will send you a free gift. Please ensure that they leave your name in the Comments section at checkout.
How long will it take to get my order?
All of our products are custom made as they are ordered. We do not mass produce our products. We give attention and detail to every single item we make. Completion time is generally 2-7 business days.
How do you ship your items?
We allow you to pick your shipping method: United States Postal Service or U.P.S.
What if I need my order quickly?
If you need your items by a certain date, please let us know by leaving us a comment in the Comments box when you check out or email us to see how soon your order can be completed.
Do you offer International Orders?
Yes, we will ship International Orders on special request. Please contact us for a quote before ordering.
